K Village is enhancing its culinary offerings by welcoming Spanish tapas expert Alegria.
Since mid-March, the eatery has been in a soft-opening phase, occupying a roomy second-floor location with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows for ample natural light.
A significant portion of the seating at the establishment revolves around a sizable bar encompassing the open kitchen, enabling visitors to observe the chefs as they grill and sizzle their way through a focused selection of Spanish favorites.
Authentic Spanish tapas at Alegria is not just about small plates, but it is a genuine experience of sharing and savouring the flavours and textures of each dish.
The Seafood Paella, featuring mussels, clams, and prawns for THB 860, uses short-grain bomba rice, a specific non-sticky type frequently grown in eastern Spain for its capacity to soak up liquid while maintaining an al dente texture.
The remaining 24-item food menu primarily sticks to the staples, such as Northwestern-Style Grilled Octopus for THB 590, Jamon On Toast for THB 320, and Black Squid Ink Croquetas for THB 260.
