Get ready to tantalize your taste buds as Topgolf Megacity collaborates with renowned chefs Gaby Espinosa Real and Megan Leon to bring you the “Taco Takeover” menu, a burst of Mexican street food.
After their successful stint at the recent Chilli Fest, which set gourmands’ taste buds on fire, the power-packed chef duo is back for another venture, aiming to reconnect food lovers with their Latin American roots through comforting home-cooked dishes.
Before forming this culinary alliance, chef Real made a name for herself on Bangkok’s food scene.
She contributed her talents to acclaimed chef Gaggan Anand’s relaxed Indian-Mexican fusion restaurant, Ms. Maria & Mr. Singh, the Michelin-starred Nahm, and the Michelin Guide-featured restaurant/gallery, Eat Me.
She later ventured independently into a series of pop-up dinners, collaborating with her fellow chef and food writer friend, Megan Leon.
Crafted exclusively for Topgolf, the “Taco Takeover” menu made its first appearance last week at Busted!, a local barbecue restaurant. Here, the guest chefs worked their magic for the third time, commandeering the food bus for a single evening.
But fear not if you missed out on this culinary extravaganza, because the original recipes left by chefs Real and Leon are now in the hands of Busted!’s own kitchen crew, led by Executive Chef Daniel Bucher, ready to be reproduced.
