Discover an Array of Delights at Central Embassy’s Food Festival

The popular annual food festival, “The World In One Bite,” returns to the Central Embassy, commencing its festivities from the 5th to the 9th of July.

In collaboration with Central Embassy, Time Out Bangkok, and Thailand Craft Chocolate Festival (TCCF), “The World in One Bite: It’s Time” promises an array of global gastronomic delights from over 100 food and beverage vendors.

They will all be gathered in one place, spanning from level 2 to level 5 and the Open House on level 6 at Central Embassy.

The second level, showcasing the theme “Bread & Beans”, offers homemade bread and renowned cafes such as Craftsman Roastery, Kenn’s Coffee & Croissant, Shokupan, Bijoux de Beurre Echire, Beans, and others.

Level 3, designated as “Time Out | Recommended”, features favorite eateries, cafes, and food brands, including winners of the Time Out Bangkok Best New Restaurant and Time Out Bangkok Best New Café awards.

Noteworthy names include Yoong Khao Hom, Ruay Mitr, Cocoa Xo Bangkok, Mad Moa, Yih Sahp Luhk, and Nusara.

Quench your dessert cravings on level 4 with “Sweet & Sugar”. Discover pop-up dessert stalls from Luggaw, Huus of Bread, Chuti, Yerm Chocolate, Palam Palam, and more.

Level 5, themed “Cheese & Meat”, presents an assortment of mouthwatering Western-style cuisine, cheese, rice, and noodles from esteemed restaurants such as Chunn, Emily’s, Holiday Pastry, Soho Pizza, and Ongtong Khaosoi.

On level 6, unwind with the theme “Booze & Bubbles”, savouring unique cocktails at a pop-up bar by The Singleton in the Co-Thinking Space zone. Participate in a cocktail-glass painting event from July 7-9.

Pakin “Mark” Kunaanuwit hosts “It’s Sweet Time With Mark Pakin,” a food auction aiming to raise funds for the Scholars of Sustenance Foundation, a body working to minimize food wastage. Participate in the bidding today from 5:20pm to 6pm on Level 4.

Also on this floor, you can try out meals prepared by celebrity chefs and take pleasure in a mini concert by Achira “Tigger” Theriault at the “Celebrity Cooking Show By Chef Yong Armchair” on July 8, from 5-6.30pm. A live trio will entertain the guests this weekend from 2.15-3pm.

Join a knitting workshop hosted by Big Yarn Bag from Big Knit, a retro cafe situated on Sukhumvit 49, on July 8.

Alternatively, Te Time And Space, a local tea shop, will conduct a workshop on July 9, unveiling the art of tea blending and enabling you to craft your unique recipes.

Both workshops will take place twice daily on level 4 from 1-2pm and 4-5pm. Participate in various TCCF activities like the Craft Chocolate Market, chocolate tasting, and chocolate-making workshops.
