Mimosa: Discover Sathorn’s New Mediterranean Dining Hotspot

Earlier this month, a new dining hotspot, Mimosa, opened its doors in Sathorn, offering a wide-ranging selection of Mediterranean cuisines from Italy, Spain, and France, crafted from premium ingredients.

The venue is overseen by Chris Beverly, an executive chef with over two decades of culinary experience.

It exudes a distinct Mediterranean charm with its wooden seating and mosaic tables, strategically placed at the heart of Sathorn and at the intersection of the culinary paradise, Soi Suan Plu.

A delightful selection of pasta salads awaits patrons at the venue. They can indulge in the flavors of the clam-infused, white wine-based Linguine Vongole, priced at THB 345, or savour the enticing Prawn Squid Ink Spaghetti, available for THB 395.

Furthermore, guests can look forward to a delectable dinner spread, including the grilled Secreto Iberico priced at THB 795 and the succulent Prawns al Ajillo, offered for THB 495.

Those seeking a morning or midday meal can enjoy an array of brunch options. They can choose from shakshuka with Chorizo for THB 375 to Calabrese priced at THB 395.

Additionally, they can savour the indulgent Pimp My Scramble, which features truffled scrambled eggs served on brioche with burrata and breakfast panzanella, all available for a price of THB 275.

In addition to food, Mimosa presents an extensive beverage list for those brunch and dinner sessions that call for some spirited companionship.

This includes three variants of mimosas, a blend of signature and traditional cocktails, and an assortment of Mediterranean wines, available both by the bottle and by the glass.

Operational from 11am to 11pm, and in its soft opening phase until May 31, Mimosa is set to roll out enticing brunch promotions in the near future.
