Salad Smith Is Sathorn’s New Haven For Healthy Indulgence

Earlier this month, the heart of Sathorn witnessed the launch of a new shopping center, Bloqyard. Home to an array of novel eateries and community spaces, Bloqyard is a much-anticipated addition for local residents and visitors alike.

A standout among these establishments is Salad Smith, a haven of health and flavour for those with a hearty appetite

Salad Smith, known for serving fresh salad, juices and smoothies, is the newest venture from the creative minds behind Sloane’s famed meat selection.

The eatery boasts a menu full of options, made exclusively with locally-sourced ingredients, catering specifically to the neighborhood’s vegan and vegetarian community.

If you’re not opposed to meat, the spicy grilled Wagyu salad featured in the main photo is a highly recommended menu.

Priced at THB 449, the salad features a blend of sirloin, chili, cucumber, tomato, celery, lemongrass, and onion, all garnished with a Thai vinaigrette and jim jeaw.

For the vegan crowd, the smoked tofu and soba priced at THB 229 as can be seen above, is an absolute delight. It brings together a harmonious blend of red cabbage, carrots, cucumber, spring onion, edamame, sesame, coriander, and mentsuyu sauce.

Salad Smith extends its menu beyond just salads, offering healthy granola bowls, smoothies, and wraps for a satiating meal. It also ensures inclusivity with options suitable for vegan and gluten-free diets.

Embracing a green and cool design, Salad Smith offers a relaxed diner/café ambiance, perfect for a hearty breakfast or lunch. With floor-to-ceiling windows and outdoor seating, it presents an inviting environment for its patrons.

Bloqyard, just a stone’s throw from BTS Chong Nonsi, opened its doors in early June of this year. Other dining options at the mall include Scarlett, Crepover, Nihon Saiseisakaba, No Drama Burger, and many more!

Salad Smith is conveniently located on the ground floor of Bloqyard at 190, Phiphat 2, Khwaeng Silom, Bang Rak.

The shop opens every day from 9am up until 7pm. For more details and information, please visit Salad Smith’s official Facebook at: www.facebook.com/salad.smith.th.
