Savour Turkish-Italian Fusion Dishes at Otto’s Special Dinner

Two esteemed chefs based in Bangkok will team up to present a unique culinary experience for an exclusive dinner titled “Treasure Hunting” at Otto Italian Restaurant, taking place on the evenings of February 28th and 29th, starting at 6pm.

This unique dining event will take participants on a culinary journey, blending the rich flavours of Turkish and Italian cuisines with a selection of exquisite ingredients from across the world.

These include scallops from Hokkaido, Japan, Mediterranean sea bass from France, and Thailand’s own blue crabs and tao toey fish.

Drawing inspiration from the elements of “Earth, Sea, River, and Land,” the dinner will feature a five-course menu crafted by Chef “Yakup” Tharit Tangsongsirisak and Chef “Jay” Thanaphon Chatuporncharoenchai.

Chef Yakup is a celebrated Iron Chef 2019 winner and proprietor of Fat Lamb, a premier Turkish restaurant in Thailand, while Chef Jay is the newly appointed head chef at Otto restaurant with a distinguished background that includes time at the Michelin-starred Canvas.

Guests will be treated to a curated wine pairing by Kittisak Jarayabhand of Swirl Cellar and Wine Bar in Thong Lor, complete with amusing stories and tips.

Additionally, mixologist Oak from 008 Bar will introduce a custom cocktail crafted exclusively for the event.

Promising an unforgettable evening, the dinner is priced starting at THB 3,800 per person and offers only 40 seats each night.
