Bangkok Cancer Hospital “Wattanosoth” and Be Well Medical Center for family health care have announced a strategic collaboration to provide better care for oncology patients living in Hua Hian.
Considered a pioneer in the industry thanks to its state-of-the-art technology and multidisciplinary approach to cancer treatment, the private hospital offers specialized cancer care in the hands of experts trained to employ and leverage the latest technical innovations.
Bangkok Cancer Hospital has become a leading cancer care institution in Thailand, hoping to offer quality services around cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
Among other goals, the private hospital also seeks to provide first-class holistic and timely treatment to cancer patients under the “Concept of Total Cancer Care” to improve their lives while reducing mortality rates.
Opened two years ago, Be Well is a Western-style family health care facility. With its main location in the Banyan resort and a satellite clinic in Black Mountain, it serves both ex-pats and members of the Thai community.

They will begin by providing information on various cancer topics through publications and events, including seminars. Bangkok Cancer Hospital’s specialists will offer consultations for the local community at the Be Well center.
Both Bangkok Cancer Hospital specialists and Be Well family doctors will be available via remote consultation (VDO).
Bangkok Cancer Hospital’s business development director Mr. Ralf Krewer said they planned to enhance their service offerings to cancer patients living in Phetchaburi and Prachuab Khiri Khan provinces through Be Well’s primary care medical presence and capabilities in Hua Hin.
The plan focuses on early-stage cancer diagnosis and care, Mr. Ralf Krewer added.
Moreover, Be Well partner and family doctor Dr. Paemika said that thanks to the partnership, their clients have access to specialist care from Wattanosoth and can minimize the need to travel to Bangkok.
Tourism businesses have welcomed the move, saying the two medical institutes’ cooperation will further strengthen Hua Hin’s reputation as a leading health and wellness destination.
Be Well and Bangkok Cancer Hospital will hold their first joint event on August 20.
In the morning, dermatologists and surgical oncologists will give a seminar on skin cancer and available treatments. Specialists will then be available for consultation.
