Megan Fox Reveals All Details of the Plastic Surgeries She’s Had

Megan Fox has openly discussed her plastic surgery and the assumptions others have made about her.

During an appearance on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast, Fox, at the age of 37, elaborated on her cosmetic procedures, including a specific focus on her nose surgery.

Fox clarified a frequent misunderstanding regarding her nose, explaining that despite rumors, she has undergone only one rhinoplasty more than ten years ago. The perception of continuous modifications stems from her extensive use of contouring makeup.

“I had my nose done when I was in my early 20s,” she told Cooper.

“That’s something I’ve literally been accused of having like six, seven, eight rhinoplasty surgeries. Your nose would get necrosis and fall off. I haven’t had a rhinoplasty since I was, I’m gonna say, 23. It’s been well over a decade. I’ve not touched my nose since then.”

In a light-hearted moment, Fox realized she hadn’t had her nose contoured before filming the podcast and humorously called out her makeup artist, Jenna Kristina, on camera. Cooper complimented Fox, noting her nose looked perfect.

Fox expressed a preference for making her nose look extremely small through contouring, aiming for an “elven princess” appearance, which she joked about wanting to reduce to merely nostrils.

“I can make it tiny like a little elven princess,” she remarks on the extent of contouring she and her makeup artist achieve.

“I make it so small, within an inch of its life. I think people think I keep constantly working on it. It’s just the contour.”

“I can’t believe I’m doing an interview without nose contour on. I’m traumatized. You don’t understand what a big deal this is. I like to contour it down until it’s just nostrils, like Voldemort. No nose, just two holes. No bridge,” she added.

The star of “Jennifer’s Body” openly shared the cosmetic surgeries she has undergone, which include three breast augmentations: one in her early twenties, another post-breastfeeding, and one more recently.

She also mentioned undergoing Botox, fillers, and an undisclosed procedure she chooses to keep private.

She described this secret procedure as highly effective and not commonly recognized within the realm of plastic surgery, indicating its rarity and her strong desire for undergoing it.

Fox confided she would share details of the mysterious procedure with Cooper off-air, refraining from public disclosure during the recording.

Additionally, the actress from “Transformers” refuted any speculation about having facelifts, thread lifts, buccal fat removal, liposuction, body contouring, or a Brazilian butt lift.

Fox also spoke candidly about the negative feedback she often receives on social media regarding her looks, acknowledging she rarely reads her Instagram comments but occasionally engages with critics.

“Some of my favorite comments are from women — and I don’t often read them, but sometimes I’m in the mood,” she said, highlighting the irony of receiving harsh judgments from those claiming to support women’s empowerment and healing.

“[The hurtful comments are] often from women where, I’ll be like, holy s— that is a particularly cruel thing to say, who is this person?”

“And I’ll click on it, and she’ll be like, ‘Women’s life coach, crystal healing, tantric lessons, divine feminine.’ And she’s under my comments, crucifying me for being plastic or whatever,” she continued.

Fox emphasized her belief in the impossibility of pleasing everyone, stating that transparency regarding her cosmetic procedures still results in criticism.

She referenced Kylie Jenner as an example, noting that Jenner’s openness about her surgeries has not mitigated the harsh judgments she faces. Fox observed that Jenner is subjected to relentless scrutiny regardless of her honesty.

Nonetheless, Fox expressed hope that by revealing her experiences, she might liberate others from the fear of judgment.
