Paul George Leads LA Clippers to Key Win Over Phoenix Suns

On Thursday, the Los Angeles Clippers picked up an all-important 106-92 home win over the Phoenix Suns. This result allows them to stay alive in the Western Conference Finals as it reduces their series deficit (in which they are now down 2-1).

The most important man of the game was, without a doubt, Paul George. The shooting guard contributed 27 points, eight assists and 15 rebounds.

After his stellar performance, he sent out a clear message: the team “will do whatever it takes” to progress in the series.

At the start of the game, the home team showed more ambition and took the first quarter 29-21.

Ivica Zubac was another important man in the win, contributing 15 points, one assist and 16 rebounds.

The Suns did not sit idly by and gradually became the masters of the game, to the point that they took the second quarter 17-27. Deandre Ayton was their best player with 18 points and nine rebounds.

However, the Clippers had no plans for a third straight loss and took the third quarter by a resounding 34-21 score.

From there, they managed their lead intelligently and took the final quarter 26-23.

LA will now seek to level the series at 2-2 in Game 4 on Thursday. The venue will be the Staples Center.
