Yashoku at Zuma: Party Night Brunch in Bangkok

High-end Japanese restaurant chain Zuma at The St. Regis Bangkok is bringing back its Yashoku night party brunch, offering a casual and fun yet elegant dining experience in keeping with traditional Japanese izakaya style.

Thanks to this initiative, Bangkok diners will be able to enjoy delicious appetizers and exclusive dishes.

Some include exquisite maki rolls, a new selection of sashimi, and other luxury alternatives alongside two hours of free-flowing champagne. Customers will also be able to taste cocktails, Japanese whiskey, sake, beer, and wine.

Zuma Bangkok opened its doors in 2011 and has been delighting gourmets with dishes from the izakaya culture ever since.

All the options on their menu are full of delicious flavors, a lot of creativity, and top quality ingredients and finesse. Besides, its presentations are adapted to a new gastronomic concept: the night brunch.

The organizers of this event were inspired by the acclaimed evening brunch of its counterpart Zuma Hong Kong.

Its menu focuses on Japanese cuisine that, instead of being traditional, maintains its authenticity and promises a wide variety of dishes that combine its three kitchens: the main kitchen, the sushi counter, and the robata grill.

Zuma Bangkok’s Polish Executive Chef, Pawel Viktorek, devised izakaya preparations that pair perfectly with sparkling wines.

His dishes feature seared salmon with lime shiso soy, Japanese mushroom croquettes, thinly sliced sea bass with yuzu truffle dressing, black tiger prawn and vegetable tempura, and grilled barley miso-marinated chicken thigh.

In their selection of desserts, diners will find Japanese sweets with melted chocolate with hazelnuts.

Zuma’s nightly brunch menu comes in three packages. These are 1600 baht for wine and beer cocktails, 2,600  Bottega prosecco, wine, and beer, and 3,600 for Bollinger Special Cuvee Champagne, sake, whiskey, Japanese, wine, and beer.

Diners can order special dishes for an additional 750 baht.

This interesting Yashoku night brunch, organized by Zuma, is available every Saturday from 8:00 p.m.

Yashoku will also have the participation of a live DJ and performers. People can make reservations by calling 02-252-4707 and obtain more information through Zuma’s website www.zumarestaurant.com.
