Casa Lapin Offers Customers an Outstanding Coffee Experience

Casa Lapin is a Thai speciality coffee chain serving a superb range of premium beverages and delectable food items. The business began a little over ten years ago and in that time a notable reputation has grown on the back of the distinctive flavours available to savour.

Attracting locals and expats alike, the company purchases both local and imported coffee beans from its network of small-scale farmers, which Casa Lapin then roast for their many customers to be able to enjoy. The variety of blends on offer are aromatic, well-balanced, and seriously addictive: the caffeine-laden cups are undoubtedly the perfect pick-me-up.

Today, the chain has expanded to over twenty branches across the Kingdom and plans to open many more locations this year. The allure of expertly-roasted, freshly-brewed coffee alongside delicious comfort foods, divine pastries, and heavenly desserts is irresistible.

Discover Coffee at Its Finest in a Truly Delightful Setting

“Lapin” as seen in Casa Lapin’s quirky name means “rabbit” in French, and the cafés have incorporated a bunny rabbit theme throughout. The enterprise is under Beans and Brown Company, with Casa Lapin’s CEO Ekachai “Jay” Sukumvitaya spearheading the business.

In addition to its excellent coffee, Casa Lapin is renowned for having a minimalist yet cozy atmosphere, decorated with wood and natural materials to give the cafés’ spaces a warm and inviting feel. Patrons can sit at the bar as their drinks are being made in front of them, and they also have the choice of grabbing an indoor table, or sitting “al-fresco” outdoors.

State-of-the-art tools are used in producing its specialty brews, including the latest coffee roasting equipment from Probat, namely P12 Series 3 high-tech roasters. First-class bean separators, espresso machines, and filter coffee machines feature at all of the locations.

The brand has a variety of house blend coffee bean options for those visiting its branches to explore: the two main types are Supreme House Blend, and Gentle Black House Blend. If you prefer a balanced taste with fruity acidity then the Supreme House Blend is the one to try, combining beans from Chiang Rai, Brazil, Colombia, and Ethiopia in a fantastic way.

Gentle Black House Blend is perfect for milk coffee enthusiasts featuring beans from Nan, Myanmar, and Papua New Guinea. In the second photo above, on the left you will see the refreshing Tropical Soul iced coffee, where tangy meets bitter for a reasonable THB 150.

Casa Lapin’s specialty coffee is best experienced by indulging in their signature drink, the Mellow Mellow, a must-try for any coffee lover. Seen in the same photo above that shows Tropical Soul, the milk coffee creation is creamy and slightly sweet, and is also THB 150.

Indulge in Casa Lapin’s Range of Tasty Bagels, and More

Casa Lapin also boasts an impressive menu, renowned for its great variety and distinctive character. Whether you would like to brunch with your loved ones, or feast upon amazing desserts to pair with your beverages, it is more than likely you shall find everything there.

There’s a tempting array of freshly-baked bagels with a variety of scrumptious toppings to choose from. Bagel with Egg Bacon and Cheddar, as seen above, is one of the highlights: it consists of a decent sized bagel, toasted to perfection, that is loaded with crispy bacon, a fried egg, and cheddar cheese, lathered in a tangy tomato-mayo sauce, all for THB 159.

Perhaps a seafood filling is more appealing to you? Try the Bagel Tuna Melt with Cheddar Cheese for THB 179, or the Bagel Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese at the same price, or if you’re really hungry the Bagel Ham Champignon with Black Truffle at THB 189 is spot on.

For those who enjoy filter coffee, Casa Lapin has an epic selection of Single Origin coffee beans to buy in-store, providing the opportunity to have phenomenal java experiences at home. The beans are rotated seasonally, which is ideal for coffee lovers who would like a convenient way to be able to explore the most exquisite flavours as the year progresses.

If you wish to treat yourself to a nice cup of specialty coffee, or a delicious bite to eat, you can visit any of the centrally located shops in Bangkok including CentralWorld, Evergreen Hotel Siam, Silom Soi 13, The Quarter Ploenchit, as well as at The Quarter Phrom Phong.
